I'm a wife and mother to two kids. I love to knit, have play dates, not just with kids, but with parents also! I was born and raised a full fledged Catholic, but have since developed strong healing and spiritual views of my own. I'm a natural healer with the tendency to help others with my knowledge of having a better life. I'm gathering new hobbies, such as blogging, and want to gain new interests as staying home with the kids, has been tough this summer. Even though I manage the house, the husband and the kids, I know I have to also manage myself. That would mean writing more because it makes me happy. Taking that long hot bath when the kids are finally in bed. Not answering the phone when bill collectors call. And realizing my body is a gift and not some thirty pound overweight slab of skin that is out to ruin me. Blogging and reading others blogs has given me confidence and an edge I haven't felt in awhile. My stomach is nervous for not knowing what comes next. My head filled with excitement when I see new names and ideas at every turn. Lastly, seeing the vast amount of people all looking to get their voice heard. Now that is wonderful.
