"Do you hate your body?" asks BlogHer Contributing Editor Megan Smith. "Do you avoid looking in the mirror for fear of what you'll see? Well Kelly Park and Carson Kressley of Lifetime Television's "How To Look Good Naked" may be able to help. And without liposuction, facelifts, butt lifts or tummy tucks..."
As part of BlogHer's "Letter To My Body" campaign which tries to help women improve their body image, Smith is doing a podcast with Park. You can help interview Park by adding your question to this discussion no later than 3PM EST, Monday August 11th.

When's it time to get real with yourself?
I think the programs that help build self-esteem about body image are a good thing, certainly for a woman like me who's always been the fat girl, but I'm also practical and believe talk is cheap after a point.
Doesn't there come a time when all the "you're okay, I'm okay" talk needs to be set aside and we really need to work at buckling down, hitting the gym, eating better and knocking off some pounds?
I like the show, btw. I really like how he shows two women, who appear to be different women, walking down the street in different clothing, but surprise it's the same woman and one version of her looks worlds better than the other simpy through attitute and attire.
Good luck to Megan with this interview. I look forward to listening.

Genetics researchers claim they've created two new pills the media's dubbed exercise in a pill. Would you take such a pill or would you rather hit the gym?
